Payment

Gift Cards
We offer Narsum gift cards that can be purchased online and redeemed on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We do not offer discounts or price adjustments after an order has been placed. Our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are charged for each order and are based on the delivery location. USA orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 and worldwide orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95. We reserve the right to change our shipping fees at any time without prior notice.
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you via email and issue a refund for the full amount paid.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow our return policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Narsum. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 28-day return policy for all items purchased from our website. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached. Items must also be returned in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the item, less any shipping fees. Narsum does not cover the cost of return shipping. Warranty
